Oversaw Intermodal Operations providing direct supervision, leadership and daily direction for team of 30 direct reports. Implemented process improvements based on profit and loss analysis, managed safety and compliance and established strategic direction and execution with top team.

·            Identified area of opportunity within KPI and P&L report by implementing terminal closure and relocating all Intermodal drivers to same terminal, decreasing cost by $150,000 per year.
